They offer an affordable range of aerators not previously available on
the Irish market, with prices starting from €1800 for
the 22” wide aerator.
The traditional aerators from the major name manufacturers have been hard to
control, tiring to operate, complex machines with rotating sheet metal spoons.
Plugr offers an alternative that is safer to operate, maneuvers with relative
ease, has 50% fewer components and increases productivity on typical residential
and commercial applications. Plugr’s unique cam powered design punches cleaner,
deeper holes in tough soil conditions and is easy to maintain, reducing costly
downtime. No messy water ballast or heavy add-on extra weights either! It’s time

Superior Maneuverability
A wide, stable wheel base and start, stop, backup and 90º turn capabilities allow
Plugr to aerate around landscape features with ease. This enables aeration
in areas hard to reach with other machines.

More and Deeper Holes
Because Plugr relies on the power generated by the camshaft design and engine
to drive tines deep into the soil, it will out-perform other rotating tine machines

Easy Transport
Since it relies on power, not weight, Plugr has a low weight to aeration
width ratio with no add-on weights or water drums to mess with. With the
handle folded, the Plugr PL400 can fit in a car or SUV for homeowner rental
convenience. Once on the ground, Plugr rolls easily with the engine on
or off. PL850 drives up and down trailer ramps with ease.
Hills – No Problem!
Up hill, down hill or across a hill, Plugr continues to perform where others
can’t. Across hills, plug depth is maintained on both sides of the machine.
Grades up to 20º or more can be traversed safely either up or down without
major impact on plug depth.
Less Soil Compaction
The in-out Plugr tine motion produces less compaction on the inner surface
of the hole than competitors rotating spoon designs. Reduced compaction
and increased root exposure is the primary goal of aeration.
Healthier Turf Close to Obstacles
Aerate areas previously missed with hard to maneuver aerators. Tricky corners,
narrow pathways, overhanging tree areas and dangerous areas close to drop
offs can now benefit from aeration, too. Plugr will aerate a higher percentage
of almost any lawn.
User Friendly Hand Controls

because hand controls are easy and responsive. New ergonomic design controls
tine engagement with auto-stop handle release. A center lever retracts
